With the release of a new catalogue our Stampin' Up! team, The Paper Belles does a swap meet. We have certain requirements such as: new stamp sets, layers, DSP, embossing, punches or framelits and embellishments.
This is my swap card featuring the Flowers of Friendship bundle which is a new bundle in the new Annual Catalogue which will be released next month. I am so excited for all of the new stamp sets, new in colours and so much more. Please let me know if you live in Australia and would like a copy of the new cattie.

Base card is Whisper White layered with a rectangle of Whisper White, embossed with the Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder, I added a rectangle horizontally for interest and to frame the main images of the card.
I cut the ornate frame using the Ornate Layers Die in Polished Pink card stock and layered this with a perfectly sized rectangle of Whisper White cut using the Stitched Rectangles Die - I love how these framelits all marry together to make the ideal project layers!
Stamping the floral images from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set was so easy in the new in colours (on scraps of Whisper White) and punching them with the Flowers and Leaves Punch made them even easier! Stamp the different colours on long strips for ease of punching so that you don't waste too much card stock.
To give the flowers some depth I stretched the card with my bone folder so that the petals sit up a bit. For some of them I layered two cards. The leaves are stamped on Soft Succulent card with the same colour ink.
For a touch of bling I added the rhinestone basic jewels to the centre of the flowers. The sentiment from the same set is stamped in Evening Evergreen!
Thanks for stopping by,
Sheryl
